運(yùn)用事故樹(shù)方法,從理論上對(duì)石家莊客站接發(fā)列車“錯(cuò)辦”事故進(jìn)行分析,得到13個(gè)最小割集。通過(guò)分析最小割集中各基本事件的結(jié)構(gòu)重要度找到關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),從管理角度提出卡控措施和增強(qiáng)系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性的辦法。 |
